We taught in schools, handed out Bibles, fed the hungry, painted houses, saw people healed, led Bible studies/ Sunday schools, worked at a recycling facility, transformed a Community Center, chatted with college students, held women’s conferences, worked at Childres and Teens homes, played with kids, laughed a ton, loved and were loved more than I ever thought possible, and witnessed first hand the work of Jesus transforming lives all around the world! And all of this was made possible because of YOU!

So what’s next? I’m so glad you asked! Throughout these last eleven months, I’ve had my heart broken into so many pieces for the world around us, which God has used to grow some amazing passions in my heart. These both changed everything I thought I knew about accountability, community, and reconciliation, and brought about a new love for working with teenage girls with troubled families and women who have yet to realize their value as the incredible, treasured, captivating, chosen daughters of The King that they are!

Because of this, I have recently accepted a position with Adventure in Missions’ CGA (Center for Global Action) discipleship and leadership training school. I will be moving to Georgia at the beginning of January for their five month program to grow deeper in my relationship with God, develop further as a leader, continue to build off of everything I learned this year, and work towards my dream of working with young women and building a community like I experienced on the race, back home!

Through the process of abandoning what is comfortable and facing our true brokenness, we become more dependent on God in our lives and we start to truly live out a life of discipleship and deep meaning. On my race, I found so much freedom from the shame and patterns of pain I had been living in, experienced life changing grace, and came to understand just how valuable I am to The Father. The Father who sent His Son to pay for all of my faults and failures to reconcile us back together in order to have a personal, interactive, love and compassion filled relationship with me. (And with you too!) When I experienced how gently this kind of love and forgiveness revolutionized my life and relationships, it stirred an immense calling in my heart to learn to live this new kind of life out with other teens and young women like myself, along their own journey.

If you would like to learn more about my faith and my heart behind it, hear stories from my race, or get to know more about how God is bringing His Kingdom to the world through the work of CGA, I would love to meet up or chat with you! I believe you will be deeply encouraged to hear what God is doing through this ministry and how you can continue to partner with me through prayer and financial support. While I will be working part-time during my time in the program, in order to cover the cost of my training, materials, and housing, I must raise an additional $5,950. If this is something you feel God is laying on your heart to continue to partner with me in, donations can be sent by check and made out to Hannah Green at (message me for details) or at the orange “donate” button above!

Please continue to pray for me, my squad, my new CGA team, all of the ministries we worked with, and each life we got the beautiful opportunity to be a part of this year! We are praying for Kingdom to come on earth as it is in Heaven and for lives to be radically changed by the love of Jesus!

I look forward to continuing to share this adventure of a lifetime with you all!

With love,

Hannah Green
